Auto-Smart Balance Charger for Li-Poly / Li-Ion Battery Pack 2 to 4 Cell (7.4V, 11.1V,  14.8V) Lipo batter packs. 

Balancing Plug: Outputs 2 - 4 cell pack option, digital LED display 3 numbers or letters, Input jack 9V -16V. 
Input: 9V - 16V AC Adapter, UL Rated included
Output: 1500mAh or 1.5A,
Charging: Plug LiPo Balancer & AC Adapter first, then AC Adapter into wall socket, then LiPo battery into the Balancer last.  Balancer will start the charge and Peep when complete.
Auto Cu Off: 4.19V - 4.21V Per Cell
Charge Current:  1500 mA max
Balance Current: 1000 mA max
